The Challenge
D&R had a growing list of clients across the county, and needed an effective way to provide them with project updates without creating huge amounts of administrative work. They also required a fresh brand and website design to better reflect their values.
Plus, clients wanted to keep up to date with updates on their properties on-the-go, with regular email updates and downloadable files.
The Solution
To effectively market the company's services, we designed and developed a new logo, branding and website. With a bold colour palette and clear messaging, D&R's new website helped expand their reach to new prospects.
We also developed a bespoke customer portal, which allowed staff members to easily upload updates, and clients to view and download the reports for their records.
Results
Using their custom client portal, D&R have handled thousands of site visits for estates across Essex. Staff appreciate the ability to upload information and images on-the-go, and clients love the custom notifications they receive when a visit is complete.
